HISTORY: I was born in Japan into a family that I loved very much. My mother and father were both very caring, and looked after me and my older sister well. When I was just six years old, my mother fell ill, and nobody knew how to cure her. All of us had to help to look after mother, because my dad worked long hours, and my big sister couldn't do it alone.
So, because I was always taking care of my mother I had a very poor education, so I'm not good at any academic subjects. Unfortunately, Mother died, and father ran away. Me and my sister both went to America, but I hardly see her anymore. I had to find some sort of job just to be able to buy food, and then I found the band. It meant that I could live on the tour bus, so I didn't have to pay any rent. Luckily, I am very good at art, and I can speak English well, so it was the perfect job for me.

Ali smiled to herself, and did an extravagant twirl in the mirror. She was wearing a cute high-necked, floaty dress. It reached just above her knees and hung loosely, waving with the impact of her spin. It was a soft salmon colour that she liked to think complimented her pale skin tone.
She was going to go out for a coffee today, completely alone, to do some thinking and just relax for once. She hated all of the buzz of young adults in bands, always with a joint between their fingers and a bottle in their hands. Yes, she did like it in small portions, but when it was the same thing every day she didn't. Additionally, the sight of drugs did often tempt her a lot, and believe it or not, she didn't like that she was addicted.
She hopped over to the window of the hotel that she was staying in to escape her band, and looked out. It was wet, and windy by the looks of it. She was wearing a very skimpy dress that would definitely not keep her warm. She pulled on a pair of socks over her floral tights, and wrapped herself in a big fur coat. No danger of getting cold now.
She walked slowly out of the hotel after returning her key, and trudged along the street, hands in pockets. She loved the sun, and on days like this when you couldn't see it, it made her feel very sad. She just wished that it could be sunny every day, and that everybody could be happy and drug-free..
Pushing her way through the glass door, she fumbled around in her pocket and pulled out a grey purse, which she took a few coins out of, and ordered a mocha. She loved mocha's.. they were like the best of both worlds. She watched as the girl behind the bar filled a mug, and handed it to her. It took her quite a while to do, so Ali hoped that it would taste good.
Ali sat down at a table for two alone, and wrapped her hands around the white and green mug to warm her hands. The icy weather outside really wasn't nice, and she suddenly realized that she was shivering despite being wrapped in a fur coat. Did they not have heating in the stupid coffee shop? She hesitantly sipped at her mocha, testing to see how hot the liquid was. She felt the heat hit the roof of her mouth and the tip of her tongue, but it wasn't so hot that it would burn her.
She smiled at a few of the people who rushed in and sat down, only for the gesture not to be returned. She wondered why people were always so grumpy recently. Or perhaps they always had been, she just hadn't noticed it. Somebody pushed through the door that she thought she recognized from around the area. She couldn't be sure though, so she just smiled, like she did with everyone else, and didn't bother to say anything in case it wasn't who she thought it was.
The wind whistled outside, and Ali noticed that most of the tables were full now. They were most likely trying to escape the rain which threatened to pour from the deep grey clouds above their heads. She looked up at the ceiling, rather than peering out of the window that she was sitting beside, and once again began to wish that you could see the sky from inside.. They sky was so pretty, even on days like this. If she had a good camera on her, she would take a picture of it. She enjoyed taking photographs, especially of the sky and nature.
